SUNDAY IN THE CITY

 

We are looking forward to boarding the Holland American Masdam this Friday. It will be our home away from home for 42 days. We are very familiar with the ship and hope we have as much fun as we did last year.

I envy you, Judy. 42 days is a llooooonnng time! I looked the ship up to see where all you are going, sound great. I counted 22 stops with Ft. Lauderdale. We had an eight month one day visit to London this summer. We took a break with our daughter and granddaughter (age 4) to take a 12 night Princess cruise from Venice to Athens via Istanbul and the Black Sea. There was also a 14 day New Zealand/Australia Princess cruise in January. You have us beat on the cruise, we in time.
!!! Isn't retirement great !!!

New Zealand/Australia is on my bucket list - I saw one that was 52 days. Hard to be away from the grands but love to cruise.

I am glad you are just retired, not tired. Cruises are not only about relaxing. Traveling can be taxing. Enjoy!
