SUNDAY IN THE CITY

Thanks to Unknown Mami for hosting

As you know if you  follow this blog is that D H and I are starting on another cruise. We left a day early to beat the massive snowstorm on the East Coast.

This is where we were:

Perfect timing! All these pictures of deep snow make me glad it's just cold here! Enjoy the cruise.

Terrific! Have a great time :)
Lucky girl! If you saw my blog, you know what you're missing!
Where you are now looks great! However as someone from a tropical country I am also fascinated by the snow picture. Looks beautiful to me!:) Enjoy your vacation.

Perfect timing! Enjoy your week and a fabulous cruise!
While I would LOVE to take a nice warm cruise, I don't want to do it during winter - - - wouldn't want to miss ONE MINUTE of my beloved snow!!!

I'm one of the "goofy" people who prefer to go to FL and such warm parts in spring, summer, or fall.
Perfect time to escape!
Enjoy your trip!

I love snow, but I'd really rather be there with you in South Carolina! I miss it so much (we haven't been since last May ... and won't get there again until this coming fall ... I've got withdrawal!).

I guess it's really nice to get away from the snow. I really miss cruising. From 1995 to 2009, I did 78, Royal Caribbean cruises all over the world. With the end of my 21 year nursing position for San Francisco in massive budget cuts, retirement has wreaked havoc with my income. I have been spending half of every year in India, though.
You made the right choice.
