1. Who do you like to quote?

I like to quote Mark Twain – golf is a good walk spoiled.

2. Have you ever made something you wore out in public?

Absolutely I used to knit sweaters by the dozen. I still have a few I wear occasionally.

3. When was the last time you used a telephone (not a cell phone)?

Every day. My cell phone is for emergencies only.

4. What was the first recording you bought with your own money?

I think I bought a Paul Anka record with my own money.

And don't forget to add a 5th Question on your own blog so we can answer as we hop around!

My 5th question is:

What is your favourite card game?

I love card games. But my all time favorite is Rook. Me, Mom and Mamaw Eden used to sit and play it for hours on end. I still have Rook cards and am waiting for the day the grandkids get old enough to teach them to play.

I don't know if it's my favorite card game, but, lately, I've been playing a lot of "Go Fish" with the grandchildren :)
It's been ages since I played a card game. I'm not good enough at any to have a favorite LOL.

Hope you have a good week.
I love card games. Hubby and I frequently play Hand & Foot ( A version of Canasta). When with others I enjoy playing Spades or Cribbage. With the Niece she is obsessed with Uno. I just love games in general!

I love that quote by Mark Twain. I don't play many card games anymore, but I like Speed.

Card games, eh?

I guess Cribbage is my favorite. I have played it on a boat. I have played it in a field. I have played it on a mountain... sounds like Dr. Suess's Green Eggs & Ham! Lol.
I like poker and UNO
