Hope you get some warm weather! We finally do have some, but last weekend there were ice pellets.

Warm weather - yes, yes, yes! Yeah, I can relate to your no. 4, I know a few people and generally I am o.k., but sometimes I could just grab them, shake them, scream at them... :D
