FRIDAY FRAGMENTS & FOUR FILL IN FUN

It is Friday and time for Friday Fragments with Mrs. 4444. I have been looking forward to it all week long. We have enjoyed our week with our grandchildren. We have spent most of our time with our grandson E. We have become experts at the car line as we pick him up from school.

Daughter H has spent most of her week volunteering at grandson L’s school. She is running the Book Fair. There have also been some pickups there too.

We are enjoying the warm weather. Apparently is quite cool at home. We will be going back to rain next week.

We have also planned our Caribbean cruise for March. We think we got a good deal. I can hardly wait. We also found out that another couple we have travelled with has signed up for the 50 day cruise for next October. Now we will have even more fun.

Lastly, I am sure that everyone knows about my new meme. I have been telling everyone about it all week long. It is called Memory Mondays. I hope that if you thought about writing a memoir this could be a good place to start. Please join me on Mondays.

I wish I had been more studious in high school and not taken the easy subjects.

It sounds like a fun week, spending time with the grandkids. Your upcoming cruises sound amazing! In high school I wish I had paid more attention to geography and history. You don't realize when you're young how much you actually use those subjects later in life.

I took the hard subjects in school....I'd wish I'd been more outgoing/friendly back then. It amazes me when I get on Facebook and see the people from school who are friends that I'd never have dreamed were.

#3 is so true. It's so easy to forget if you live far from old friends or are in the same place but don't do things that would have you seeing them on a regular basis!

I ran the book fair at my kid's school one or two years. That's a lot of work. I commend your daughter. The kids really enjoy them though. Yes, the car pick up line can be quite the ordeal. This year, since my son is old enough, I'm waiting for him a block down from school to avoid the long line. Ohhh, a cruise! How exciting to look forward to. I'll watch for your Monday meme.

A cruise! how fun. I sure enjoyed my visit with the grandsons....but I brought the virus home to Grandpa.
The one problem with grand kids is the colds they bring home from school.
