Acting Balanced

1. If you could be on a reality tv show which one would you want to be a part of?

I would love to be on the reality show “Love it or List It” because we are at a time of our lives where we will have to make a decision to stay in our house which needs some renovation or move to something like a condo.

2. You have the power to create one law, what would it be?

Can you create a law to ban stupidity?  People do so many stupid things that endanger the lives of everyone as well as themselves.

3. How's your weather today?

We are on the cruise ship Maasdam and we are off the coast of Nova Scotia.  The further north we travel the cooler we are getting.  We left the heat and humidity of Boston and got into a lot of fog yesterday.  Some of our fellow cruisers are into their jackets and several are knitting mitts for the trip to Greenland.

4. Other than the country you currently live in, where would you want to live?

I have always had a fascination with Australia, “the land down under” or New Zealand.  D H would like Japan.

And don't forget to add a 5th Question on your own blog so we can answer as we hop around!

What is the last book you read and would you recommend it?

I am currently reading a book about the US war of independence. It is okay.

I like your law! I thought of that one but then I wondered who would determine what is stupid or not, and I imagined all the hair-splitting and fist-fighting and.... *sigh*

Enjoy your cruise!

I am reading The Adventures of Sherlock Holmes -- the original stories -- and it's OK.

I'm not a" big boat on the water" fan, but I envy your weather and destinations!

The last book that I'm sorry I read all the way through was Clouded Rainbow by Jonathan Sturak. It's a poorly written book that I really thought had to be written by a high school kid. Yuck! To get the bad taste out of my poor Nook, I'm now reading Hard Target, by my favorite author Alan Jacobson. :)

All your answers are great! I enjoy Love It or List It, it's got some great ideas for fixing up the house.
And an anti-stupid law?! Priceless!

The last book I read was Frontiersman's Daughter by Laura Frantz. It was okay.

Have a blessed week.
